Please contact us if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We will do our best to solve the problem and ensure your satisfaction. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, that's why we accept returns and exchanges within 90 days since purchasing date.
If you want to return or exchange your item, please contact us within 90 days since purchasing date. All returns / exchanges must be authorized by us. You have to send the item back to us within five days from authorization date. The item must be returned to us in its original condition and shape and in its original packaging. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend to ensure the package and use a tracking number to be able to track your package on its way back to us.
We will issue a 100% refund / exchange the item upon receiving the package from you. In case of loss or damaging the item on its way back to us we won’t be able to refund / exchange (in that case you should contact your postal company you used to send the item and file an insurance claim). All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s PayPal or Credit Card account only.


Please be aware that special orders and personalized items cannot be returned/refunded.
