IROOCCA SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY

Our internet shop IROOCCA.com has a constant name and URL address. Zomro (our hosting operator) gives us servers in France and in the Netherlands; both of them are exactly the same and automatically gets connect according to the load and geography (siting of the calls) of the traffic. Please, don’t worry if when verifying the localization of the site of our online shop with, for example, https://check-host.net/ip-info service, our IP address first will be in the Netherlands, and when you retesting once again it will be in France. These are both of our servers, please rest assure, that we protect your data privacy accurately and carefully! The servers are mirrors, both belong to us and there is absolutely the same information on them.

Irrespective of the location of the servers, we’re making all the items individually for each customer and send them from Ukraine. You can any moment trace the current state of your purchase on the departure track. We work very fast, so you always will be pleased with our servicing: we and our postal operator for 5 years of collaboration have never failed our clients.

We have a lot of products in the internet store, which our masters create for you every day. But if you want something special, you can always write to us and order the original and unique item that we will make according to your individual wishes! Every item in our shop is made to order – it means that we will create your items only after you placed your order and payment is made in full. Usually it takes 2 to 4 business days to get your order done and shipped out. We will put your new jewelry into a beautiful gift box and place it into a secure bubble mailer.

We do ship internationally! All orders are shipped through regular airmail, which is less expensive and does not include a tracking number. First item shipping and handling cost is $6.95, every additional item in your cart shipping cost is $1. Please be aware that once the order leaves our shop we have no control over it anymore and calculating how long customs will take to release it over to you can be tricky.
Usually international shipments take as long as 2 - 3 weeks to arrive (sometimes it can take longer). All taxes or custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you would like to speed up your order delivery, you can choose an Express shipping option at checkout. Express mailing usually takes 5 to 7 business days to arrive.
